Without the prerequisites of Compassion, Presence, Self Acceptance, Self Love, Desire and Passion, you are yet unable to fully embody the foundation Key Stone of Integrity and the daily practice of Self Mastery is logically impossible.

How is my Integrity?
- do I often defer or abdicate my decisions?
- am I easily persuaded?
- do I have difficulty admitting I’m wrong?
How is my Self Mastery?
- do I have difficulty controlling my impulses?
- do I often react instead of respond?
- am I able to understand the root of my desires?
How is my Gratitude?
- do I need things to be perfect in order to be satisfied?
- is my sense of value monetarily based?
- am I grateful for who I am now?
