But behind the scenes, many creatives are navigating burnout, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and nervous system overload in silence.

On Tuesday, June 9th at 6 PM CET, I’ll be joined by therapist and music industry specialist Denise Devenish for the next Sound Mind Sound Body Zoom Workshop:

Mental Health Care for Creatives

Denise has worked with musicians, DJs, managers, and professionals across the music industry, combining clinical expertise with real lived understanding of creative life.

According to Chinese wisdom, today, May 5th, is the beginning of summer.

In Chinese medicine, summer is the season of the Fire element —
