Don’t say we didn’t give the best advice😎

During our retreat in Sri Lanka we’ll be taking our group to a very special healing temple, for an afternoon of Blue Lotus Ceremony, led by Olivia and Mauro from HARM☉NY .

Blue Lotus has been called the flower of intuition for thousands of years. Its gentle essence invites you to slow down, soften, and slip into a dreamlike state where the mind quiets and the inner world becomes louder. In ceremony, it helps people drop into a space that feels spacious, creative, and deeply tender. It’s subtle, yet it opens the heart in a way you can feel.

People often describe it as a calm euphoria, a soft doorway into clarity, creativity, and a more loving connection with themselves.

What a gift, we are so excited 🤍

January 23-29 Sri Lanka 🌴

One more winter destination to choose from. And it’s easy to do so when it’s Kurulu Bay | Boutique Hotel in Sri Lanka 🤍

A total jungle paradise, overlooking Koggala lake. We are so excited to bring another group here.

Some of the things we’ll be doing:
- Blue lotus ceremony
- Catamaran sunset trip along the coast
- 3 Course dinners
- Chasing monkeys
- Daily movement & yoga sessions
- Opportunity to go to the nearby safari to see the elephants
- Surf (if your body craves some action in the ocean)

Half of the spaces are gone already. We still have a few shared twin options, private Tree Houses and Cottages.

Comment “monkey” and we’ll share everything you need to know🐒👀

You might wonder what do we have for you on our Malaga Finca La Bobadilla retreat?

Less than 4 weeks to go - you can still join us!🥰

January 14–20 🌿✨
In the jungle of Ubud, the magic awaits…

And this one is already filling up before we’ve even announced it 🤯

Our community has taken 2/3 of the spots already, without us even sharing the retreat publicly!

We now have just 1 private single room available, with the remaining spaces in twin shared rooms 🤍

This will be our 3rd time returning to this incredible venue, and we honestly couldn’t be more excited to be back.

The whole villa is ours for the week - our own private chef, daily practices and activities, plenty of space to slow down and be, and the most beautiful jungle surroundings.

Tucked away from the noise of central Ubud, but close enough to pop into town whenever you fancy.

Think healing ceremonies, temples, Balinese rituals, movement, connection, delicious food and lots of downtime to simply soak it all in.

A little jungle escape to start the year 🌴✨

Comment “BALI” and we’ll share how you can join us ❤️
