🔥 DYNAMIC SQUAT + MUDRA 🔥
Movement • Breath • Energy
When we combine dynamic leg movement with a specific hand position, we create a practice that engages the body, breath, attention and intention simultaneously.
The sequence is simple:
⬇️ Lower into a squat
⬆️ Rise dynamically
🤲 Hands in the mudra, with the fingers folded and the thumb and ring finger extended
🌬️ Powerful breathing synchronized with the movement
During the descent and rise, hip mobility also plays an important role. The hips allow the pelvis to move more freely, helping maintain stability and supporting a smoother, more conscious squat.
Good hip mobility can support greater depth, reduce compensatory movement through the knees and lower back, and improve the connection between the legs, pelvis and core.
Move without forcing. Respect your body’s limits and keep your weight balanced through the feet.
The body finds its rhythm.
The breath supports the movement.
The mind returns to the present moment.
✨ BENEFITS OF THE PRACTICE
• Activates and warms the muscles of the legs and pelvis
• Supports circulation and physical vitality
• Strengthens the legs and core
• Supports hip mobility and body awareness
• Improves coordination and conscious movement
• Encourages concentration and mental presence
• Creates a strong connection between breath and movement
• Can enhance the sensation of energy and grounding
• The mudra helps maintain focus and intention throughout the practice
• Rhythmic repetition can support a deeper state of presence
From the perspective of Kundalini practices, this combination can be used as a tool to activate, focus and channel energy, bringing greater awareness into the body and into the present moment.
It is not simply a squat.
It is a way of bringing body, breath, mind and intention into the same direction.
🔥 MOVE.
BREATHE.
FOCUS.
FEEL.
