Morning yoga with Linda and Laura from the Netherlands🥰

I love meeting different people on holiday in Ibiza in my yoga classes.

They always look so much more relaxed after their lavender head massage 😆💆‍♀️

Book your private yoga class at your home, villa, hotel or at the beach.

If any of my Ibiza friends have kids or have friends who do, please feel free to share.😊

The yoga classes are specifically designed for children using the renowned Rainbow Yoga method. A "global movement of heart-centred teachers bringing yoga, mindfulness and joy to children, families, schools and communities".🤗

The sessions are community based in Sa Graduada primary school near the Cetis bus station in Ibiza town and are very cheap as they are funded by the school's Parent's Association 🤗

Yoga for children should be fun and it is! You can find videos of children enjoying yoga like children should on my instagram page yogafoeverybody72🤗🧘‍♀️🧘🤹‍♂️💃🤸‍♀️🤸

The classes are in Spanish and in English 🤗
