HEY, I'M LISANDRO

I'm the founder of the massage technique and philosophy 'touching beyond the skin'. I deeply care about creating a space of trust and safety for the body to express what it needs to express by itself and without judgement.
Thirteen years ago I started training in different modalities and therapies related to the body. These trainings happened all around the world. My first training was in 2010, at the Oasis School, in Buenos Aires, where I learned different massage techniques as well as anatomy and physiology for more than 3 years.
In 2014 I travelled to California to the Californian massage techniques at the Esalen Institute.
In my travels through Asia I came into contact with bodywork techniques from Nepal, India and Thailand. It was there that the trainings began to merge with spiritual practices, which led me to live in different monasteries in the Himalayas for several months. It was this environment that allowed me to explore more subtle practices such as certain meditations, visualisations, pranayamas and other techniques. I've found these practices to complement bodywork based on presence and contact with other bodies really well.
In 2015, during my three-year stay in India, I deeply committed myself to the practice of Yoga, learning both the methodology and the philosophy behind this lifestyle from great teachers.
I have now been living in Ibiza for more than five years, during which I have explored other self development modalities such as Akashic Records Readings, Breathwork, Family Constellations, Thetahealing, among others. I am convinced that therapeutic work requires that one has the capacity to go through all kinds of therapies and activities, to understand the effects they have in a personal, deep and intimate way.
In my opinion it is necessary to integrate theory, practice and experience in order to be able to accompany and understand the processes of others.
During all these years I did a lot of exploration and discovery through physical contact, to then develop my own technique, which is based on many others, but is not the same as any other.
In order to expand what I love, that is, the contact and personal transformation that comes from playing with awareness, in 2018 I have designed spaces for exploration with our own body and that of others; environments where we can play and learn, that allow us to express and listen at the same time.
My personal journey has allowed me to give different trainings in India, France, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Ibiza.
I am currently attending the Somatic Experiencing training in Barcelona, a space to learn about the nervous system, the vagus nerve and the most important concepts of trauma and polyvagal theory; whose objective is the resolution and healing of trauma.
