𝐀 𝒇𝒆𝒘 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐲 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬.

The 1st May marks the beginning of a 3 week period of significantly intensifying energies…

These frequencies (sent from the sun) are going to be interacting with you and your life in all different kind of ways. If you tune into your body, you’ll be able to notice a heightened charge around your crown, fingers & toes.

I have received a sign that “The Wave” is now beginning, which is likely going to be at its peak at Solstice.

If we are aware of what’s going on and equipped with the right tools, we have the opportunity to ride this wave, like a surfer, gliding over the surface in a blissful state of serenity….

… or we can choose to ignore, and likely get taken in by the powerful swirl of the wave, swimming against the current in states of chaos, resistance and suffering.

𝚆𝚑𝚒𝚌𝚑 𝚍𝚘 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚌𝚑𝚘𝚘𝚜𝚎?

These energies have arrived to bring to the surface any area of ourselves + our life that is inconsistent to the truth of who we are.

Basically, it’s a 𝑩𝑰𝑮 game of authenticity.

If there is any area of your life where you are being inauthentic, or out of congruence with your soul, you’re going to know about it 𝑵𝑶𝑾.

The task is to never judge yourself, but to enquire, get curious, and spend these next few weeks with yourself as much as possible, asking yourself these questions…

✩ Where am I not being present in my life?

✩ Where am I stuck in a trauma bond (If I am)?

✩ Where am I not being fully myself?

✩ What identities have I been clinging onto that no longer feel good or serve me?

✩ Where in my life am I clinging on or trying to control?

Remember, that your internal resistence is the gateway to 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒈𝒐𝒍𝒅. Through feeling and allowing resistance, you access relief. The resistance dissolves, and you come into resonance with your truth.

It might not be nice, or comfortable, but know that these next few weeks present an immense opportunity for alignment and expansion!

𝚈𝚘𝚞 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚊 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒖𝒍 + 𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚘𝚛 𝚘𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢 ✩

Let me share with you a story to help deepen your belief in the 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒄 of the universe.

Just yesterday, I had to find a new space for me and the babies to move short term.

Rather than waking up and jumping straight on my phone to avidly ‘search’ in fear… I stayed calm, made a coffee, grabbed my journal, and sat down in the morning sun to ‘feel’ into what I wanted to create.

Out of nowhere, these were the exact words I wrote in my journal…

“A jungle vibe.
A big and cosy bed.
Surrounded by nature.
Tranquil mornings.
Warm shower.
Heartbeats to connect to.
Light and inspiring space to work.
Safety.
BUT the main feeling is COSINESS + WARMTH.
And love of course.

P.S. somewhere, the number 22 is going to be present. This is when I will know the magic is at play”

I then turned on my phone.

Within 5 minutes. A message had come through on a group WhatsApp I am a part of, a space available for the next two weeks with a video of the space…

… immediately, my heart opened as EVERYTHING I had just penned down, was present.

So I messaged the owner some kind words, guess what her response was?

“it’s a super cosy & warm place, you’ll love it here”

I said YES in that very moment. Then she sent me through the location… only to discover it was 22 minutes away from where I was staying !

This was an instantaneous and effortless creation of my reality… coming through after so had got SUPER DUPER clear on what was in my heart.

I am now sat here, as I write these words, bang smack in the middle of my creation!

Filled with warmth and overflow for the 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒄 that is available to 𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒍 if we choose to believe.

SO my question to you, is how truly deeply 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆?

Because the magic that you’re going to experience is a direct relation to the depth in which you believe in it.

If you’ve got one foot in, on foot out… no matter how hard you try with all your might, you’re not going to be getting anywhere very fast.

Wholehearted belief that you are creating your reality in every moment, with every thought you have… is what tips the scale.

𝚈𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚍𝚊𝚢 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝚃𝙷𝙾𝚂𝙴 𝚍𝚊𝚢𝚜…

𝚆𝚒𝚝𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚘𝚏 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙳𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢 𝒊𝒏 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕...

I woke up after sleeping just a few hours with charge pouring through my body. I let it land as I took a walk around the woods, two white feathers falling on my path. I paused for a moment in the golden sun breaking through the trees on my skin, feeling an innate sense of holding from the Universe.

𝑰 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

I delivered one of my most potent live channelled transmissions… but right afterwards I dropped into a spiral of unworthiness, perfectionism, and not good enough, that took me an hour to alchemise and work my way back to myself.

𝑰 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

I receive messages, comments and bookings come through - filling
Me and my heart with warmth. I tune into the most expansive mentoring sessions yet.

𝑾𝒆 𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

The next moment, my dream collapses.

I received the news that The Finca that I was momentarily about to exchange contracts on has fallen through. My heart breaks open. My ground shaken. My belief in the magic questioned.

𝑰 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒈𝒐 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

I have one of the most honest and open conversations with my dad about my path, about who I truly am and my work in the world. He receives me fully, without resistance or rejection.

𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉.

I take a breath. A break. Another walk, yet this time, I slip in some mud and land straight into a puddle. Entirely covered in mud from toe to breast. Getting up, somewhere between laughing and tears… asking the Universe ‘what is this day?’ A fly flies straight in my eye. I’m blinded.

𝑰 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

I get back home, and as I do, I gaze up at this tree as the final sun gazes it’s golden glow on the top of these leaves. I sigh in gratitude for the perfection. It was a vision just like this that I received so clearly during a ceremony just a few years ago.

In this moment, I know I am exactly where I am meant to be.

𝚂𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚑𝚘 𝚋𝚎𝚕𝚒𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚜 𝚘𝚗𝚕𝚢 𝚒𝚗 𝚖𝚊𝚐𝚒𝚌.

I have a story I’ve been meaning to share with you.

A story of 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒆 magic.

A few weeks back, I was being asked by the Universe to up-level my expenditure. I didn’t make any minded sense, but I was being guided to spend more without having any clear vision on where the money would arrive from.

As part of this, I felt a really strong calling to spend BIG on beauty products for myself, In a way I had never done before…

SO I went shopping & decided to fill my basket up with everything my heart said YES to !

€900 euros later… my heart pounded.

“Total lunacy” I thought.

I let it go.

But it didn’t leave. It kept on coming back round in my field. Playing on my mind.

I revisited the basket several times, the FEAR creeping In each time I’d even consider checking out.

Then I realised THIS FEAR was a gateway to something else. To evidence. To proof in the Magic…

WHAT IF, the Universe is just waiting for me to take the leap SO it can catch me?

SO against all odds.

I did IT.

It petrified ME.

But opened me at the same time.

You must know at this very moment, I had roughly double that in my bank account to live off. And I had never ever spent this much on myself in products before.

Yet I choose this very moment to RISE beyond the fear and trust what was in my heart.

I felt a wave of peace wash through me. All is well. Just wait for the magic…

The next morning… as I step out from the gym, I receive a voicenote from my landlord, letting me know as it was my final month I didn’t have to pay the rent.

Guess how much the rent was…? €900.

Yep, INSTANTANEOUSLY, the money came back in… in a way that I could’ve ever conceived.

It all balanced out, and my belief in the magic was affirmed!

What I am consistently learning in my journey, is that the Universe is not going to support you before you jump.

That would be way too easy and She doesn’t work that way.

You’ve got to jump first.

You’ve got to show willing in your commitment to your heart.

To your beliefs.

To the magic.

That when your beliefs can transform into evidence ✨

As when you make a choice that is aligned to your heart, anything is possible.
