This was such an informative and enjoyable course.
Really pleased to say I am now a Mental health First Aider 💪

Its feels really important to me to gain more knowledge and understanding around mental health as often in my work as a Breathwork facilitator, trauma comes up...
Now to have a greater understanding of how to support someone in that space is an important part of this work.

Thanks to Mental Health First Aid England for the delivery of such an intense body of information in an enjoyable and digestible way.

I love teaching Conscious Connective Breathwork..🫁

💫 My practice has changed over the past 25 years, having lived and trained in yoga in India, my latter years after an injury, initiated my inquiry into how breathwork can release trauma held in the body..

🌟 Now in my movement practice I really listen to my body, moving from the inside out..

Breathwork is such a powerful practice inviting the body in to unravel and unwind, softening and can alleviate tension and pain

💫 The breath is a huge component to my teaching now and the key in improving your health

Contemplating in prayer

I am grateful for my constant companion, my breath and the connection it calls me to be with myself
I’m embracing change and calling in abundance and the feeling of safety and trust

Calling myself home through the breath 🫁
with myself chapter again
