I begin along the jawline, rolling upward toward the ears to encourage lymphatic flow. Then I continue to the cheeks, under-eye area, and forehead, always keeping the movements upward and outward.

These motions help lift, soothe, and energize the skin, making the routine both relaxing and effective.
