**PROFESIONALES DE BELLEZA & WELLNESS EN JÁVEA
¡TE ESTOY BUSCANDO! 🤍**

💅 Técnicos/as de uñas
💆‍♀️ Masajistas
✨ Esteticistas

Me encantará conocerte 🤍

Something new might be coming to Jávea… ✨

I’m exploring the idea of expanding Studio Mina into a beautiful salon space in Jávea — bringing massage, nails, beauty & wellness together under one roof.

Nothing is set in stone yet. Right now, I’m looking to connect with nail technicians, massage therapists, beauticians and other beauty & wellness professionals who might love to be part of it.

Maybe you’re self-employed and looking for a beautiful, affordable space to work from. Or perhaps you’d love to join a small, friendly team as an employee.

The vision? A stylish but down-to-earth salon, fair conditions, a warm atmosphere and a lovely team where everyone can do their own thing while supporting each other. 💛✨

If you’re based in or around Jávea and this makes you think “this could be for me”, send me a DM and tell me a little about yourself and what you do.

And if someone immediately comes to mind, tag them below or send them this post. 🌿

✨ Something new might be coming to Jávea…

I’m currently exploring the idea of opening a beautiful, welcoming Studio Mina salon in Jávea; a place for massage, nails, beauty & wellness, with a lovely atmosphere and a small team of people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

It’s still very much in the exploring stage and nothing is set in stone yet. Before taking the next step, I’d love to find out who might be interested in becoming part of something like this.

I’d love to hear from nail technicians, massage therapists, beauticians and other beauty & wellness professionals who are either self-employed and looking for an affordable, beautiful place to work from, or who may be interested in joining a team as an employee.

The idea is simple: a gorgeous and down-to-earth salon, a warm atmosphere, fair conditions and a team that supports each other, very much in the spirit of Studio Mina: Wellness for Real Life. 💛

There’s no commitment whatsoever at this stage, I’m simply putting out some feelers and seeing who is out there.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in, send me a private message and tell me a little about yourself and what you do. And if you know someone who might be a great fit, feel free to tag or share. 🌿

A busy mind doesn’t always need another tip

And if you’re honest, you don’t need more advice either

You probably already know what you should be doing

You’ve read it. Heard it. Thought about it

But you’re still stuck between what you know… and what you keep doing

That gap is where the frustration lives

It’s not about discipline.
It’s not about trying harder.
And it’s definitely not about adding more to your list

That’s where coaching begins

Not with more motivation, but with awareness

Because once you actually see the pattern you’re repeating, you can finally change it

If you’re ready to stop going round in circles, send me a message

Some people book Reiki because they’re curious.✨

Most book because they’re tired. Not the kind of tired that disappears after a good night’s sleep.

The kind where your mind never really switches off, your body feels heavy, and you’ve been carrying everyone else for a little too long.

Reiki is one of the quietest treatments I offer.

There’s no talking.
Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to fix.

Just an hour where you can completely let go.
You can choose a Reiki treatment with a deeply relaxing head massage, or combine it with a full-body massage if your body could use a little extra care.

Sometimes giving yourself permission to stop is exactly what you needed all along.🌿

Feeling stuck does not always mean something is wrong

Sometimes it means something in your life no longer fits the way it once did

A season changes.
A role changes.
Your energy changes.
And suddenly, the way you have been living, coping or moving forward starts to feel heavier than before.

This is often where people become hard on themselves.

They think they should push through faster.
Figure it out quickly.
Get back to how they were.

But feeling stuck is not always a sign of failure.

Very often, it is a sign that something deeper is asking for reflection.

A pause.
A little honesty.
A little space to notice what is really going on.

Especially during life transitions, this feeling is more common than people think.

You do not have to rush yourself out of it

If this feels familiar, you're welcome to reach out

Most people spend years trying to build confidence.

Reading more.
Thinking more.
Waiting for the right feeling.

But confidence isn't always what's missing

Sometimes it's honesty.

Honest about what's not working.
Honest about what feels heavy.
Honest about what you've been avoiding.

That honesty can be uncomfortable

But it creates clarity

And with clarity, decisions become easier

Not because fear disappears

But because you understand yourself better

Which slide resonated most with you?

Many people move to Spain expecting to feel happier

The sunshine is here
The slower pace is here
The lifestyle they dreamed about is finally real

And yet, sometimes there is still loneliness

You can miss familiar faces
Old routines
The feeling of belonging somewhere without having to think about it

Moving abroad is exciting, but it can also be unsettling in ways people rarely talk about

If you've felt disconnected, overwhelmed or simply not quite yourself after moving, you're not alone

Sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is give those feelings a little space instead of pushing them away

Have you ever felt this way after moving abroad?
