How lovely to see the start of our 8th year at this studio, and 27 years teaching yoga classes, woww.

30 years as an acupuncturist & massage therapist, and 22 years with craniosacral therapy.

Feeling very fortunate to have these incredible tools to work with, to help, but also to meet so many lovely people along the way.
