🚨 Y ojo: beber mucha agua de golpe no significa estar mejor hidratad@.

El cuerpo no se hidrata por acumulación. Beber toda el agua de una vez puede hacer que vayamos al baño con frecuencia, pero no es la mejor forma de mantener una buena hidratación.

💦 La clave está en beber agua a sorbitos y repartirla a lo largo del día.
