Week 12 done🫡👙

Different location, same standards.

This week was a reminder that staying on track is not about having perfect circumstances. It’s about keeping your habits with you wherever you go.

The city changed.
The routine shifted.
Life stayed busy.

But the basics still came with me.
Workouts.
Steps.
Macros.
Water.
Intentional choices.

That’s what consistency really is.

Not doing things perfectly.
Doing your best to stay aligned no matter where you are.

I’m never going to be the trainer who lies to you and posts wildly different exercises every week just for engagement.

The truth is, I’m doing a lot of the same things over and over again and simply getting stronger at the basics.

That’s how real progress happens.

Not through novelty.
Not through random exercises.
Through patience, consistency, and progression.

To be honest, I could’ve spent hours in that grocery store. These are just some of the brands I love🙊

One of my favorite things to do is spend time in grocery stores reading labels, but coming back to the U.S. after being gone so long makes it even more fun.

There are so many new brands on the market, and so many old favorites that have expanded their product lines. I could recommend way too many good things.

And while I’ll always recommend that 90% of your diet comes from whole, nutrient dense foods, I also love working in some fun foods while still hitting my macros.

A lot of people think they’re doing everything right because they’re “good” Monday through Friday.

But if your weekend calories bring your weekly average up to maintenance or above, fat loss can stall even when it feels like you’re trying hard all week.

This doesn’t mean weekends are bad.
It doesn’t mean you can’t ever eat out.
It just means your weekly average still matters.

Your body responds to your average intake over time, not just your best days.

Week 11 was messy.

Not in a bad way.
Just in the way life sometimes is when travel, family, celebrations, and nonstop plans all hit at once.

And while this week did not feel especially structured, I’m still proud of myself for the little habits that helped me maintain, feel good in my body, and stay grounded in my goals through the chaos.

Now it’s time to get back to routine, back to structure, and back to the basics that always bring me back to myself💪🏼

This week reminded me how much I thrive in structure.

Not because life has to be perfect.
But because routine brings me back to myself.

The workouts.
The home cooked meals.
The water.
The quiet discipline of doing the basics well.

That is where I feel the most grounded.
