Day 15. Halfway through my own 28-day fat loss & hormone reset.
4.7 kg (10.4 lbs) gone — and honestly, the number is the least interesting part.
My waist is back, energy is consistent, my sleep is better, and I actually feel like myself again.
This is what working with your hormones instead of against them looks like.
