Ocean Renewal is the protocol we indicate when the skin needs more than a facial, with uneven texture, enlarged pores or marks that have stayed.

It starts with a skin analysis. On that basis we combine fractional radiofrequency resurfacing, collagen induction with microneedling, a phase of hydration and skin oxygenation, and facial mesotherapy, in the order your skin calls for.

Skin renewal is progressive. Sessions are spread out so the tissue has time to respond, daily sun protection is part of the routine for as long as the protocol lasts, and the time of year is taken into account when we plan the calendar.

Laura has joined Ocean Clinic as the physiotherapist responsible for our post-operative physiotherapy service.

Her specialty is dermatofunctional physiotherapy, which focuses on the skin and underlying tissues. It uses specific techniques to improve how these tissues work and recover, both in aesthetic treatments and after surgical procedures.

Laura completed her master's degree in this field after several years of clinical work, which began in 2017 with her degree in physiotherapy and a master's in Pediatric Physiotherapy and Neurology.

In this video she explains what the specialty involves and how she supports patients during their post-operative period at the clinic.

A case from the last MIPSS Plastic Surgery Marbella in Marbella.

The patient had a brow lift, upper blepharoplasty with CO2 laser and a CO2 laser treatment across the whole face, planned together because the descent of the brow and the eyelid skin were part of the same picture.

Recovery from this kind of combined surgery takes time, and there are risks to weigh up beforehand, including swelling, bruising, scarring, dry eyes and temporary changes in skin colour from the laser. What was right for her depends on her own anatomy and skin, which is why every plan starts with an assessment in person.

Ocean Sculpt is our body protocol for patients who want to work on contour and firmness without surgery.

It starts with an assessment of the area.
We look at how skin laxity, tissue quality and fluid retention each play a part, and from there we adjust the combination of multipolar radiofrequency, mechanical tissue mobilisation and focused body radiofrequency. Abdomen, flanks, thighs and arms are each planned on their own terms.

Ocean Experiences grew out of a pattern Dr. Gabriela Casabona kept seeing in consultation.

For a given concern and area, the procedures that combine well tend to repeat, even though each patient needs a different mix.

Each experience groups a set of treatments around one objective. At the assessment, our team selects which of them suit your case and in what order, so the plan is organised as a whole from the first visit.

Ocean Radiance is the protocol we suggest when skin looks dull, with uneven tone and pores that show more than usual.

We start with a skin analysis to see the condition of the texture, the hydration and the support structure. Volume loss is one of the structural changes behind facial ageing. Skin descends, but the fat compartments beneath it also thin and shift, which is why tightening alone does not always restore a rested appearance.

Facial fat grafting addresses that layer directly. Dr Kai Kaye harvests fat from a donor area such as the abdomen or thighs using a fine cannula.
The tissue is purified to separate fluid and damaged cells, then placed in small quantities into the cheeks, temples, tear troughs or lips.

Because the transferred fat establishes its own blood supply, the volume becomes part of the treated area over time.

Some absorption in the first months is expected and a refinement session may be recommended.
