The mind is way more powerful than we are led to believe. It all starts and ends within our minds, and that is the state we gotta watch. Train it, and retrain it, until we are ready to move on.
⚕️ Since I started studying the mind and consciousness over 40 years ago, and now delving deeper and deeper into Traditional Chinese Medicine, the hunch I had as a kid is reconfirming itself over and over:
♾️ The thoughts we allow to linger in our mind, create a State of Mind - a Mental State. And that mental state mamifests itself in the body. Sometimes as pain, sometimes as joy, but mostly we fluctuate between worry, anger, fury, impatience, future fear, feeling guilty, pointing fingers, sadness, fear, anxiety and even depression.
✨️ What we really want is inner peace, happiness, kindness, joy, fairness, patience and love.
☯️ TCM teaches us that uncontrolled thoughts manifest themselves as emotions in our body, creating blockages, stagnation and deficiencies of life force energy. That in turn produces more uncontrolled thoughts.
✅️ So it is all a STATE OF MIND.
