Looking forward to the return of our popular Gentle Movement & Somatic Yoga classes this week with Mark....at Diamond Health & Fitness 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Mark has been in the UK🇬🇧 this last week teaching and presenting at retreats in both England and Wales....👏👏

His experience, knowledge and standing in the Somatic Movement teaching community is second to none.....and we are incredibly grateful to have him alongside us. Mark will be a key figure within our workstreams as we expand to Altaona Golf & Country Village 🙌

These classes (currently Wednesdays and Fridays at 10.00am in our air conditioned Studio 2, Urb Lo Santiago) are highly recommended and suitable for all.

Doors closed on the treatment room and fitness studio at Diamond Health & Fitness for the week......just in time to start my "weekend shift" working on the business expansion to Altaona Golf & Country Village 🙌

I've sports massage'd.....rehab'd.....personal trained.....and TPI'd my way through an unbelievably busy week!!
