I have been attracted to intensity all my life.

And I still am, many times.

But the taste of peace within love opens something different. Something I didn’t know I was missing.

I find that when we allow ourselves to be led by patience and gentleness — even the fiery encounters can transform into something lasting.

Becoming one with the object of meditation has been a lesson I took very seriously. And this practice has opened not only doors into experiences of oneness, but equally important realisations of separation.

Paradoxically, the more comfortable I become with feeling separate, the easier it is to experience oneness when it becomes available, and to let it go when it changes, without grasping for it.

What this has also changed is my ability to steer the direction of my life, to know what I want, put my plans into practice, and move towards what I desire.

Perhaps true oneness isn’t the absence of separation, but the capacity to be fully at home in both.

After years of holding this work online, I felt the pull to give it space in the center of Palma where transformation can happen in physical presence, not just remotely.

This space is for unconditional presence and essential contact. For the parts of you that got quiet from years of responding to everyone else’s needs. For remembering and celebrating that you exist.

It took me 43 years to discover that I exists

It will take me the rest of my life to live from my own well.

To get to know what I am here for… to experience all this… In itself a lifetime journey.

To know what I truly am… which not changes and changes every moment… In itself a lifetime journey.

To realise my full potential…. which is active in every moment of now…

To learn love even when I cannot love… In itself a lifetime journey.

If you think a 3 month container will help you fix it all, think again.

every taste,
every desire,
every pain,
every love and
all chocolate cakes (especially)

are here to teach you about who you are
and help you become…

for the rest of your life…

Healing is not a reinvention.
It’s a return.

Every time you uncover a new part of yourself,
whether blissful or painful,
notice this:

There is something holding it.
Something feeling it.
Something receiving it.

And that… has been with you since the beginning.
Unchanged. Unbroken. Untouched.

Before every story.
Before every wound.
Before every becoming.

It was there when you were born.
And it will never die.

Healing feels stripped of everything with a deep sense of familiarity.

Healing is simply remembering
what never left.

We are changing alongside our planet and our communities. But we are seeking change somewhere else. The answers are allways in front of us when we can trully feel what is alive and present. This journey of feeling does not have a deadline, it cannot be completed in a 3 month container, it is a life commitment that turns on when our being turns on.
