Our new seaon of Yin & a Dip is BACK! Starting this Wednesday at 4.00pm!

Wednesday the 4th of November at 4.00pm on the Loco's beach in Torrevieja, we start our Yin yoga and a dip.

The dip should still be pleasant for now 😜 and hopefully the sun will be out when we finish our little swim in the sea 🌊 Once we struggle to get our clothes on we'll head off for a hot chocolate ☕️🍫 (Not included in the price)

If you don't want to participate in the dip 🥶 that's fine, come for the yoga and meet like minded people who enjoy exercise and fun on the beach!

The energy exchange is 5 euros 💫

Thank you to everybody who came to the Thursday morning Yin & Dip. It was a little bit cold to begin with and then the beach tractor threatened to run over my feet a few times 🦶 but apart from that everything went well!

Lisbeth and myself went for a swim afterwards and the sea was surprisingly warm 😳 i couldn't believe it! We raised 20 euros for A Helping Hand - Food & Clothes Bank -Costa Blanca i'll pop in 5 euros too so i'll run round with it later for "Y"

Next week there's no Yin & Dip but we're back in November on WEDNESDAYS at 4.00pm ✅️ Hope you'll all join me 😉

We're fully, fully booked for Sunday! The last space has just gone and i can't get any more people into the room...sooooo if you have booked, but can't come, please just let me know so that we can offer your space to somebody else 🙏

I promise you there will be more events very soon to cope with the demand that we have for these workshops 🎉

Good morning! I think the storm is finally on it's way out 🌧 and the sun should be expected to shine once again 🌞

As we move through October we'll stay with our Yin yoga & a Dip Thursday mornings at 8.00am and as from November we'll CHANGE to Wednesdays at 4.00pm so that all of you that are not early risers can join us 😉

I know some of you can't make it this Thursday so if you can just confirm who is coming ✅️ so that i have an idea of how many people will be down on the beach with me 😉

So the workshop is THIS Sunday, the 25th of October at 10.00am. After the weather we've had 🌧 i'm so glad that i changed the date to this Sunday but unfortunately some of you can't make it to this one now, sorry 😔

Good morning!

Every Thursday at 19.00h we do Yin yoga at the Madreselva centre in Torrevieja. It's a small intimate space which is very inviting for a quiet, slow practice.

Booking is necessary due to the small space that we have available. If you're interested in joining us this evening just let me know as i only have a few spaces available.

So we're back on the Loco's beach this Thursday the 15th of October at 8.00am (Always when the weather is nice)

Back on the mat tomorrow, Tuesday for our Hatha yoga class at 10.00am where breath and movement become one. Move within your own range of movement and at your own pace in our 75 minute class!

Tomorrow (Friday the 9th) is a red letter day but the Qihai is OPEN for Yin yoga as usual ✅️

However, Saturday we're CLOSED ❎️

Classes are back to normal next week 😊
