I'm Amanita, the founder of Pachamaya Herbal Healing. I work as a Medicine Women, Naturopath, Traditional and Clinical Herbalist and Sound Healer. Over the last 20 years, I have amassed a comprehensive knowledge in holistic practices involving medicinal plants and their natural remedies, plant medicines, naturopathy, ancient shamanic rituals, green witchcraft and sound healing. My background inclu

des training as a qualified nurse, as a certified herbalist and naturopath, as well as studies in ecology and medicine at universities in Germany and Spain. Furthermore, I have undertaken extensive journeys to South and Central America to study with various indigenous tribes. These experiences have equipped me to offer a wide array of holistic healing modalities. I am extremely passionate about integrating traditional and ancient wisdom with science-based knowledge in fields such as professional naturopathy, plant ecology, and evidence-based clinical phytotherapy. My passion is to create natural remedies, magical potions, herbal elixirs and flower extracts with healing plants. It is very important for me to empower people to reconnect with their inner strenght and fire to enhance self-healing abilities and to forge a strong spirit. Creating an environment conducive to creative and passionate soul expression and authenticity is one of the pillars of my work. I hold the conviction that there exists a symbiotic connection between humans and Mother Earth, one that can be restored and healed through an open heart and a compassionate awareness of nature.

After more than six years of walking the path of running a “soul business“ in devotion, weaving ceremonies, sharing medicine through sound, herbs, ritual, art, and alchemy, the time has come for me to step into stillness. 🙏

So many authentic moments of laughter, tears, hugs, breakthroughs, silence, prayer and transformation...

To every soul who crossed my path through Pachamaya Healing & Eco-Finca Miraflores:
Thank you so much!
You all have a cozy place in my heart. 💚

The depth of trust, vulnerability and connection I have witnessed has been a great honour.
Again and again, I am fascinated by the mysterious ways souls meet, mirror and transform one another.

This work has never been “just work” to me.
It has always been soul purpose.

And yet, after years of constant presence (online and in person), constantly holding space and blending private life with professional work - even through grounding, cleansing and deep devotion - I feel my nervous system calling for a truth I can no longer ignore:

Time to rest!
Time to release responsibility for a while.
Time to wander inward and outward.
Time to be unbound by obligation.
Time to simply be free.

This summer I will be taking a pause from social media and professional offerings to leave Canaries for an inner and outer journey… releasing all responsibilities, returning to myself, to spaciousness, to presence, and to privacy.

By the end of September I will return with fresh energy to offer ceremonies, workshops, retreats, consultations and gatherings again.

For private connection with familiar faces, spontaneous meetings, festival hugs, and the beautiful Tenerife tribe I’m still reachable via WhatsApp and deeply looking forward to crossing paths with many of you over the summer, simply human to human.

My heart is filled with gratitude for every shared moment, every transformation, and all the prayers...

The end of a chapter, a place, a dream, and a great vision…
The past weeks broke something open within me.
This text flowed through me on the ferry after leaving Eco-Finca Miraflores behind.
An intense and honest reflection of a deeply transformative process.
🔥🌀❤️🪶🌞

Amanita at Miraflores is dead.
No flower and no power remain.
The cup is empty.

“Those blest ideals now are wanting,
that swelled my heart with mad delight.”

The void sneers into my face.
The fool snatches my hand.
From zero to one –
that will be fun.

I am returning home,
preparing a new path,
becoming a new version of myself.

A raw and vulnerable state
without any ideas, plans or expectations.
Like a blank page
waiting to be filled
with the scattered colours of the rainbow.

Endless reflections
of mirroring souls,
cracking smiles
with sharpened teeth,
ripping the masks off my face,
devouring my identity.

Who am I?
What am I?
Where am I?

Pure essence.
No end and no beginning.
Spiralling upwards
through empty space
to receive the message:

Peace within the mind
is an ancient art
which leads to an open heart.

Emotions of anger and grief,
fermenting in my human blood,
ripened and released,
transformed into honest peace.

And nothing shall be swallowed!
Anger shall be felt.
Grief shall be seen.
Pain shall be expressed.
But the mind shall never be possessed!

Please, Lord, calm my inner noise.
I am ready to walk my path,
choosing love instead of wrath.

I am grateful for all suffering.
I am grateful for this death.
I am grateful for the end.
I am grateful for new space
to give birth to myself.

I am reborn through old wounds.
Cracking old scars with untamed strength
like a dandelion through concrete
unfolding into a fragile sphere
releasing countless seeds.

And I will surrender with open wings
to the winds of change,
to whatever freedom brings.

Air returning to my lungs.
Knots unfastened into a thousand tongues.
The wind is whispering my true name
until my soul sings
the song of liberation
from spiritual fornication.

whose radiance never rests,
flowing through worlds unseen,
softly blessing, softly feeding…

whose fire does not devour
but turns all longing into freedom…

whose freedom does not vanish
but dances through the open soul.

True light casts shadows.

And I shall not exile them.

I descend willingly
guided by the Hermit‘s lantern
into the hidden chambers,
into the roots beneath the temple,
deeper and deeper,
and deeper,
and deeper,
into the unknown,
into the black waters
beneath the wormwood star.

There I face the fractured selves,
the trembling ghosts of desire,
the infinite fractals of my soul,
the abandoned serpents
swirling around my heart.

Golden love is born
when spirit and shadow
cease their ancient war.

Sand running through the hourglass.
Compression and expansion.
Grain by grain,
by grain,
by grain…

Am I insane?

Solve et coagula!

I open my heart
to love and light,
to the sacred union,
to the infinite game
of water and flame,
of dancing stars,
of Venus and Mars.

And from this union
may the inner sun arise.

Love is the law…

I collect my mixture
of spinning thoughts,
and I begin to pull them
down to earth -
down to earth -
down to earth!

I think.
I am.
I know.
I love.
I speak.

💫 Dear ones!
I want to share an important update with you from my heart:
From mid-May I will be handing over the co-living and retreat center Eco-Finca Miraflores in Santa Cruz de La Palma to its new management .menninger.

🔥 Of course, I will continue offering my services through .healing as a clinical naturopath, traditional herbalist, alchemist, ceremonialist, artist, and sound healer in the Canary Islands, based in Tenerife.

🌀 After a long phase of conscious reflection and deep check-ins with my intuition, body and soul, I am now ready to lovingly let go of the Miraflores project to make space for new magical adventures and also to focus more on Pachamaya again, which is my real soul project.

🙏 I am deeply grateful for all the wonderful hundreds of people I’ve met on La Palma and for everything this time has taught me.
It has been an incredibly intense, beautifully hard, and transformative chapter of my life.

Bathed in scarlet blood
to wash away all illusion,
and every hellish intrusion.

Enclose me in your gentle rain.

After dark nights of silent cries,

Happy Fullmoon & Beltane!
Today I spent the morning wandering in nature through volcanic rock formations, completely mesmerized… until I suddenly found myself standing in front of a water cave — a grotto — and right there, growing at its entrance: henbane (Hyoscyamus albus in this case).

This plant has been with me for decades as a spirit guide.
It tends to appear in times of deep transformation, always when something is shifting on a profound level.

Today I asked for permission to harvest it, to create a tincture.
A spagyric henbane essence, prepared on Beltane and the full moon — a powerful moment to connect with and channel the spirit of the plant.

Henbane, like belladonna, datura, and angel’s trumpet, is a highly toxic psychoactive nightshade.
Its effects are chaotic, dark, and unpredictable, and I strongly advise against ingesting it.

Even touching the plant or inhaling its scent can produce subtle effects.
A single drop of spagyric essence can already initiate deep processes that may feel overwhelming or disorienting for those who are not experienced.

I work with this plant in a very diluted, intentional way, crafting individualized remedies for my clients — always with deep respect for its power.

I’m surprised by the „Beltane-Henbane-Magic“ and my connection with this plant spirit today.
Listening closely when the plants speak.
