“Gangotri temple” A primera hora de la mañana hoy decidimos visitar el templo antes de nuestra práctica.
Este viaje está siendo muy especial para mi, no solo por el lugar, por las montañas, por el Ganges, las visitas al maestro, o por todo lo que se respira en este rincón sagrado del Himalaya. También —y quizá sobre todo— por las personas con las que estoy compartiendo el camino.
El yoga y la vida nos han ido uniendo de muchas maneras: como personas, como practicantes, como profesores y, de alguna forma, como almas que siguen buscando, aprendiendo y haciéndose preguntas.
Y estos días siento que el viaje no es solamente hacia un lugar.
También es hacia dentro. 🙏
“Gangotri temple” Early in the morning today we decided to visit the temple before our practice.
This trip is being very special for me, not only for the place, for the mountains, for the Ganges, the visits to the teacher, or for everything that is breathed in this sacred corner of the Himalayas. Also - and perhaps above all - for the people with whom I am sharing the road.
Yoga and life have united us in many ways: as people, as practitioners, as teachers and, somehow, as souls who continue to search, learn and ask themselves questions.
And these days I feel that the trip is not just to one place.
It’s also inward. 🙏
