I’m thrilled to share that we’re heading back to Sitges this autumn for a wonderful retreat for mothers and children!
 
When: 
TUESDAY 28th October  - SATURDAY 1st November 2025 
(Autumn sunshine and cosy warmth - simply fantastic!)  
 
Where:
Sitges, Barcelona, Spain 

You can have it all — happy kids making new friends, delicious meals that will leave your bodies satisfied, and a choice of morning and evening yoga sessions. Plus, we have afternoon surprises planned and so much more, ensuring you return home filled with joy and cherished memories!

They say it takes a village to raise a child, 
but where do I find this magical village??
 
 
Oasis Retreats was born out of the belief that every mother deserves, needs and operates at her best when she is filled with love, joy and peace. These things don’t always come easily in motherhood.

**My Journey to Family Retreat Oasis: Finding Balance in the Chaos**

I needed a break—not just a quick escape to the bathroom for five minutes of peace, only to be interrupted by knocks asking if I’m okay. I was craving something deeper—a place to step away from daily demands and rediscover the joy in my life.

With two kids of different ages, my mornings are a whirlwind of breakfast, backpacks, and braving London’s traffic for the school run, hoping I won’t be late. Amid all this chaos, it’s easy to forget the beauty in these moments.

My eldest has already left home, and I know I’ll miss these times one day. But let’s be honest, there’s a limit to the chaos we can handle, and motherhood, as rewarding as it is, can be exhausting. I needed more than just a break—I needed to rekindle my passion and find balance.

đŸ’«That’s why I started Family Oasis retreats. I wanted a place where mothers could bring their kids and just breathe—a space without judgment, whether that meant practicing yoga with a stunning view or taking a nap while someone else watched the kids.
đŸ’«Our retreats are unique because we welcome children of all ages, knowing that motherhood doesn’t have an off switch.

Though our retreats might look glamorous on social media, with beautiful scenery and tranquil settings, the reality is often less polished. Most days, I’m juggling a million things at once. I drink tea that’s gone cold because I forget it’s there, and sometimes I forget to eat. But that’s part of the journey—being a mom, building a business, and trying to find balance.

Family Oasis is my way of saying, “You don’t have to do it all alone.” It’s a place where you can connect with other moms who understand that motherhood is as much about meltdowns as it is about cuddles. It’s a place to reset, refocus, and remember that even in the chaos, there’s magic to be found.

The journey of creating Family Retreat Oasis has been deeply rooted in my passion for providing women with a sanctuary that nurtures their mind, body, and spirit. It all began with a vision to offer a safe place where women could find inspiration and relaxation in equal measure.

My desire was to craft a haven, free from judgement, where women could embrace their true selves, enveloped in care and pampering beyond compare and to share this experience with their children!

The retreats I envisioned are a blend of rejuvenating experiences – from transformative yoga and calming meditation to soul-nourishing treatments and enlightening workshops amidst nature’s breathtaking beauty. The essence of a retreat that not only uplifts one’s mental and physical well-being but also touches their soul profoundly in just a matter of days.

This dream has unfolded beyond my wildest expectations, expanding to encompass more Family Oasis retreats across the globe. Each location has resonated with its unique charm, bringing forth a handpicked team driven by an unwavering commitment to craft a truly enchanting experience for every guest. Together, we strive to weave magic into every moment.

“Jessie Eloise works therapeutically with women as a doula, yoga teacher & space holder.

Jessie has years of intensive training and teaching experience under her belt.

She currently lives in Essex and works with women pre-conception, during pregnancy & postnatally, both in-person & online.

Jessie has also trained in qigong and somatics and infuses this into the spaces she holds.

Jessie is delighted to be a part of Family Retreat Oasis and is truly honoured to share the retreat experience with every woman and child present”
