Join us at Feathers Fitness for a special TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) taster session with Alice on Thursday 28th May from 7:00-8:30pm.
This session is a great opportunity to explore a different side of fitness - one that focuses on recovery, nervous system regulation, and releasing built-up stress in the body.
What is TRE?
TRE or Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises are 7 exercises designed to activate natural tremors within the body. These tremors help to release held tension within the body, whether physical, emotional or psychological.
The TRE exercises help to balance the nervous system, which brings us out of states of overwhelm and dissociation. We can then become less reactive and increase our capacity to be present in our day to day life.
Whether you’re training hard, dealing with stress, or simply curious about how your body holds tension, this session can support your overall performance, recovery, and wellbeing.
No prior experience needed - just come as you are and be ready to try something new.
