Our colleague Wolfgang Maser attended ISyDMA conference in Chisinau (Moldova), https://isydma10.utm.md/, where he delivered an invited key note lecture on Carbon Nanomaterials as Dielectric-Active Interfaces. He enjoyed a wonderful meeting with plenty of dicussions with great colleagues from all over the world. He would like to thank the organisers for this excellent meeting, and overall, for their kind hospitality, in particular to Prof. Dumitru Tsiulanyu from Technical University of Moldova.

Our work on Bio-based PEDOT serving as efficient hole-transport layer is just out in Nanoscale. The study is result of a fruitful collaboration between GCNN and the Instituto de Microelectrónica de Sevilla (IMSE-CNM-CSIC). The publication is freely accessable at https://doi.org/10.1039/d5nr04688b. Enjoy reading.

Developing sustainable hole-transport materials that can match the performance of conventional poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) remains a key challenge for environmentally compatible optoelectronic devices. In this work, nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) is demonstrat...
