We clock in tired, we leave with grace,
With aching feet and a smiling face.
We hold the hands of fear and pain,
We give our all, again, again.
No capes we wear, just scrubs and care,
But heroes live in what we share.
From night till dawn, through every storm,
We keep the hurting safe and warm.
So to my staff—my work-home kin,
Thank you for all you do and been.
The world gets better because you're here.
