England may not have brought the World Cup home, but they won the Battle Royale Bounty!

It's been an absolutely fantastic competition and the most competitive to date.

18 players entered and 15 survived eliminations. The top team was constantly changing right up until the final hour. We had an individual record set by Josh , scoring over 12,000 points! However, this was still not enough to secure his team the top spot. It's been an amazing game and a pleasure to follow, making the whole World Cup experience extra special.

- Team England will split the cash prize. Well done Joe, Paul & Seb!

- Team Spain have won free entry to the next Battle Royale for winning the World Cup. A big congratulations to Spain!

- Josh has won a Battle Royale T-shirt for topping the individual leaderboard.

Following cuzjon 's story and seeing how the Battle Royale has helped with his recovery makes these competitions even more special.

A true warrior mentality proving how a positive mindset and discipline can overcome all odds. 🙏🏼💪🏼

Jon’s Recovery Story...

In September 2025, Jon was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that left him with multiple life-changing injuries.

He suffered:

* Bilateral shoulder fracture-dislocations.
* A fractured left humerus requiring a metal plate.
* Multiple fractures in his left hand and wrist (including the scaphoid, triquetrum and 5th metacarpal), requiring surgical fixation.
* Broken ribs and extensive soft tissue injuries.

After months of rehabilitation, a significant right rotator cuff tear was also diagnosed. This required surgery in February 2026, but complications followed when the surgical wound became infected, leading to another hospital stay and around six weeks of IV antibiotics.

At one stage, everyday tasks like getting dressed, washing, opening a car door and even lifting his arm were incredibly difficult. Running was completely out of the question.

As his recovery progressed, physiotherapy helped him gradually regain movement and strength. When he joined the APT Battle Royale, he started where he could—walking. Those walks became run/walk intervals, which gradually became longer runs. He also began rebuilding his strength in the gym.

Today, he’s back running around 4–5 km several times a week, lifting weights, and has become one of the most active members of the Battle Royale. More importantly, APT has given him motivation, accountability and a community that has helped turn rehabilitation into something enjoyable.

The Battle Royale hasn’t just helped Jon earn points—it has helped him rebuild confidence, fitness and a sense of normality after one of the toughest periods of his life.

A massive shout out to long standing A.P.T member for completing a 3 day hike in Normandy for D-Day.

The transformation this guy has had over the past year has been amazing and an absolute pleasure to witness. James will be the first to admit that 12 months ago he would never have dreamed about hiking for 3 days with !

A true inspiration of what can be achieved once you get the mind in the right place. We are just getting started! 💪🏻

​Ready to gamify your fitness and ride the hype of the 2026 FIFA World Cup? We are bringing the ultimate hybrid sweepstake challenge to help you stay active while supporting your favourite teams.

​Here is how the A.P.T World Cup Royale works:

1️⃣ Players sign up at a reduced World Cup special price of €15. €5 goes into the prize money.

Fitness & Fatherhood - Coming next month to A.P.T Online.

When I became a father I developed a greater respect and admiration for parents who continue to balance their health and fitness alongside parenting.

As someone who used to train 6 days a week, sleep when I wanted and meal prep without interruptions, having to adjust to fatherhood was a massive shock to the system. That little person instantly becomes your priority and your old schedule goes out the window. However, that does not mean you have to give up on yourself, it just means you have to adapt.

Fitness & Fatherhood is a community that will offer hacks, workouts, nutrition advice, guidance and support to all like minded parents that are struggling with this new (or old) way of life. Taking time out from your kids to work on yourself isn't selfish, it's a must! Having the mental and physical health to be present and support your family is the greatest gift you can give them. Remember, if the captain of the ship goes overboard, the whole crew will follow.

This is a free community starting next month and will be available to all A.P.T Online members.
