Join us for a 2-hour workshop combining a grounding Pilates class with practical tools for emotional wellbeing and resilience. We’ll begin with mindful movement to reconnect with the body and calm the nervous system before exploring how to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, balance, and self-awareness.
