Post festival thoughts and emotions

Unwrapping what happened in just a few days which went by real fast

Opened and closed circles, deep conversations, danced at the rhythm of the soul with fire and drums
So much i received and felt.

Gracias, Kiitos , thank you for being there people, for the cacao, the food, the nature, the blue berries, and all elements that brought us together.

Massage is just a fraction of my work, half the time I am doing business, and trading services is something a love to do, in fact i have done before starting this company.

So, if you are in the service industry why not start trading with your community?

If you are in Turku or nearby let’s work together and trade 🤝
Here are some of the things i love to trade for massage:

🚲 bike repair/service
📸 photography (also “modeling” for content)
👾tattoos
💆🏽‍♂️Massages
🙏🏽cleaning
✨marketing & advertising
🌿hand made clothes
🎼 music lessons

If you have any other ideas send me a message and we can discuss, lets trade 🫶🏽

Even though my social media has been quiet a lot has been going on.

I just got back from an intense Thai yoga massage retreat where i was able to learn a lot of new techniques regarding this modality.

Six days filled with amazing people, a lot of movement, but also tranquility and flow.

Now, I’m focused on integrating this new energy into my practice.

My hands feel more intuitive, and my presence feels more aligned. I can’t wait to share this renewed sense of vitality and healing with all of you.

I will be more than happy to share more of what happened at the retreat later on.

Last but not least, I am deeply thankful with the retreat organisers and friends .kuusela and that made this retreat happened, they are both masters of this practice, but also true human beings.

Thai Yoga Massage is more than bodywork — it’s a practice of presence, connection, and mindful touch. Rooted in a healing tradition that is over 2,500 years old, it combines gentle pressure, rhythmic movement, and assisted yoga-like stretches to help the body release tension and restore natural balance. During a session, you simply relax while your body is guided through movements that can improve flexibility, circulation, and a deep sense of calm. If you’re curious to experience the power of slow, attentive touch, I invite you to book a Thai Yoga Massage session and feel the difference for yourself. ✨
