Dagur 8/ Day 8 Á føroyskum fyrst 🤍 English below ⬇️
Bliss vísir eina sera góða dygd hjá føroyska rossinum — hon er sera familjuvinarlig. 🤍
Hon er blíð, trygg og álítandi. Við føroyskum rossum snýr tað seg ikki bara um at ríða á teimum — tú veksur upp saman við teimum.
Bliss gevur so nógv aftur, bestu løtur eru tær, sum fáa smílini fram. Hon dugur væl at lesa fólk, kenna støðuna og altíð klár at skapa gleði.
Tá børn spæla saman við henni, sæst hetta heilt týðiliga. Børnini royna at hoppa upp á bak hennara.

Here Bliss shows a really good quality of the Faroese horse — being truly family-friendly. 🤍
She is gentle, safe, and trustworthy. With Faroese horses, it’s not just about riding — you grow up alongside them.
Bliss gives so much in return — the best moments are the ones that bring out smiles. She is very good at reading people, understanding the situation, and always ready to create joy. 🤍
When we let the kids play around her, this becomes so clear. They try to jump up onto her back. At first they can’t quite manage it, but Bliss stands completely still, calmly eating her hay, not affected or afraid at all.
Little by little, the kids’ confidence grows — and in the end, every single one of them manages to get up on Bliss.
They had the time of their lives, and Bliss was, as always, calm, patient, and safe. 🩷
I’ve been sharing photos and information about the Faroese horse through Bliss, to show the world the incredible qualities of this breed.
Only 86 Faroese horses remain in the entire world.
This breed truly deserves to be seen.
