The is here. This HUGE event signifies the 'official' end of the season. A time to bond with other yachting service providers and thankfully say 'we survived!'
To offer a 5 star service to clientele with the highest expectations can mean a lot of backroom running about in order to always appear calm and professional.
Our default reply is 'of course we can, when would it be convenient for you'
Many thanks to the most wonderful team at englishosteo who had to work till 4am on some yachts and on every Sunday... :(
But now the heatwaves have ended and the weekends are our own.
We are all meeting up to work on each other. We need it!
I call them Team Brilliant for a reason.
