Championne de France ! 🏅🇫🇷

Bravo championne ! 👏

An amazing visual diagnostics course with Dr. Jose PALOMAR in Lisbon this week.
When dysfunction is obvious, posture changes are easy to spot. But most of the time the differences are subtle - and this course taught me how to see those tiny details that help solve the big problems.
It doesn't get more 'hands-on' than this, and there's no method more holistic. Receptors, stimuli, and the central nervous system.

Shoulder Care at Home
If you have shoulder pain, consult a specialist.
In the meantime, gentle self-massage around the shoulder, clavicle, and shoulder blade, plus light stretches, can help relieve discomfort.

Why Does Pain Go Down the Leg?

Pain can be caused by a compressed sciatic nerve in the lower back or glute area.

It often hurts more when sitting and feels better when walking.

What can help:
• Light exercises without weights
• Gentle massage in the glutes

If the pain continues, see a doctor to avoid it getting worse.

The First Step to Your Health — Consultation & First Session ✨

When you visit me for the first time, we don’t jump straight into treatment — we begin with a full body assessment.
This helps us understand:
• how your body is feeling right now,
• which areas need special attention,
• and what recovery or wellness plan will work best for you.

During your first appointment, you receive:
1️⃣ A detailed discussion of your concerns and goals.
2️⃣ Tests and assessment of your musculoskeletal system, muscles, and joints.
3️⃣ Personalized recommendations for therapy and exercises.
4️⃣ Your first treatment session, tailored specifically to your body’s needs.

💬 Every body tells a story — my goal is to read yours and help you move without pain, with more freedom and energy.
