We would like to thank Director Sylvain Connangle for the warm welcome we received at his organization, EHPAD La Madeleine. We appreciate the time he took to meet with us. BIG THANK YOU for introducing us to the services they provide and for their highly innovative approach. We are very happy to have been given the opportunity to present our project and the goals we hope to achieve through it.

Work on project is progressing according to project goals. Our international team was looking forward to meeting in this picturesque city where Cyrano himself waves at us by his wide-brimmed hat.

Les travaux sur notre projet avancent conformément aux objektifs fixés. Toute équipe internationale se réjouissait de se retrouver dans cette ville pittoresque où Cyrano lui-même nous fait signe de son chapeau.

Práce na našem projektu postupuje podle definovaných projektových cílů. Celý náš mezinárodní tým se těšil na setkání v malebném městě, kde nám svým širákem kyne sám Cyrano.

For several months now, we have been moving forward with RE@HOME through a demanding and rewarding European cooperation, both remotely and during in‑person meetings. This dynamic has already enabled us to co‑create a first version of the application, the website and the project visuals.

We are now working on the structure of the application, which will bring out and collect what makes each older person unique:

- their life habits
- their small rituals
- their own ways of feeling well in everyday life.

The aim is for these elements to follow them when they arrive in a new living environment, and to support a more human and more continuous transition.
And you, which habits follow you everywhere?

Your shower just before going to bed?

- A “comfort” drink every Friday evening?
- Sleeping with your legs raised?
- Having a coffee before socialising?

Dear friends, 😊
At the very end of 2025, we announced the launch of a new project called re@home. This is a strong partnership between colleagues from France, Denmark, Spain, and the Czech Republic. Our project’s goal is the inclusion, support, safety, and well-being of older adults and seniors who need care, as well as their families, friends, and, above all, their caregivers. The re@home project is dedicated to optimizing the flow of information between seniors, their families, and professional caregivers, including health and social services, during the transition from the home environment to social services.
As you can see, our partner meetings are continuing in full swing, and we look forward to this journey together in our project.
