Prendre soin de soi ne veut pas forcément dire faire davantage.

Parfois, c’est justement l’inverse.

S’arrêter. Respirer. Relâcher les tensions. Laisser le mental ralentir pendant un moment.

Il y a des moments où l’on a simplement besoin de ralentir.

De poser ce que l’on porte, de respirer un peu plus profondément… et de retrouver un peu d’espace pour soi.

C’est exactement l’esprit de L’Instant Calme. 🌿

Un petit changement de nom se prépare ici : The Quiet Interval reste bien sûr une partie de mon histoire, mais L’Instant Calme va progressivement prendre davantage de place.

Même lieu. Même approche. Même accueil. 💚

BREATHING SPACE ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE… ❤️
But it is becoming part of something bigger.

For the last three years, Breathing Space has taken me to festivals, wellbeing days, groups, retreats and some incredible 1:1 experiences.

I've watched people breathe, release, laugh, cry, connect and sometimes surprise themselves with what comes up.

And somewhere along the way, breathwork helped ME realise something too.

I've always created spaces for people.

Spaces where you can relax. Feel comfortable. Connect. Laugh. Be quiet. And most importantly, **be yourself.**

Breathing Space is one of those spaces.

And now it has a home too. 🌿

Rustic Escapes — my home in France. 🇫🇷

It's where I'm bringing together everything I love — breathwork, wellbeing, creativity, connection, beautiful surroundings, good food and simply having TIME.

It's also the home of ESCAPE, the intimate wellbeing weekends I'm now creating.

So Breathing Space isn't changing into Rustic Escapes.

Breathing Space is the breathwork.
Rustic Escapes is the place.
