1st homemade Τσουρέκι for Greek Orthodox Passover today !!!
Τσουρέκι (tsoureki) is the traditionnal greek cake we make for Easter.
This year is the perfect one to cook the τσουρέκι, with the lockdown: indeed, a very long time is needed to do the τσουρέκι, a little Orange zest 🍊, some μαχλέπι ("machlepi": i didn't find a translation in french for these spices) and the easy method to turn it well ! 😋
We enjoy !!!
