A single light illuminates a cobblestone street in the medieval village of Lacoste, France. Lacoste is in the Luberon region of Provence in Southern France that dates to the 9th century. The village climbs up a mountainside from the valley below, with beautiful views of the neighboring village of Bonnieux across the valley. The Château de Lacoste at the top of the mountain was once home to the Marquis de Sade.
