Three inspiring days of science, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

It was a privilege to present my work on High-Resolution Anoscopy (HRA) and the management of a**l precancerous lesions at the 2nd International Symposium “Pelvic Floor Disorders: Focus On”.

My sincere thanks to Prof. Pasquale Talento for the invitation and for organizing such an outstanding meeting, bringing together colleagues and friends from Europe, Asia, and Africa. Sharing experiences across different healthcare systems and cultures is what truly drives innovation and advances patient care.

It is always a pleasure to meet passionate colleagues who share the same commitment to education, research, and improving outcomes for our patients.

It was a true pleasure to contribute to the Pre-Meeting Course on High-Resolution Anoscopy (HRA) and A**l Precancerosis at Pelvic Floor Disorders 2026 in Rome.

I had the opportunity to present the role of conservative treatment for a**l precancerous lesions and to take part in the hands-on HRA session, sharing clinical experience, real cases and practical insights with colleagues from different countries.
My sincere thanks to Prof. Pasquale Talento for the invitation and the outstanding organization, and to Prof. Massimiliano Mistrangelo for leading such an engaging and interactive pre-course.

Heureuse d’avoir eu le plaisir de modérer la session consacrée à la prévention des pathologies liées au HPV lors du 24e congrès GynAzur, aux côtés du Dr Sarah Dupuis.

Merci aux Dr F***y Alazet, Dr Pierre-Alexis Gauci et Dr Anastasia Saade pour la qualité de leurs présentations et des échanges autour des stratégies vaccinales, du dépistage et de la prise en charge des patients à risque ou immunodéprimés.

Un grand merci également à MSD pour son soutien à cette session scientifique dédiée à la prévention, un enjeu majeur de santé publique.

Ces rencontres rappellent combien la collaboration entre spécialités est essentielle pour améliorer la prévention et la prise en charge des pathologies HPV-induites.

A special thank you to Prof. Emanuel Cavazzoni for proposing this project, bringing together an international team and coordinating the work from concept to publication.

It has been an honour to contribute as the sole French author of this collaboration, representing Polyclinique Santa Maria – Groupe Kantys, Nice, France.

Beyond the scientific content itself, this work illustrates how research, innovation and academic contribution can thrive wherever there is curiosity, collaboration and commitment to improving patient care.

Grateful to all my co-authors for their expertise, trust and friendship throughout this journey.

Un sujet encore trop peu abordé malgré l’importance du diagnostic précoce, de la prévention et des traitements mini-invasifs dans la prise en charge des lésions liées au HPV.

Merci aux organisateurs et aux confrères pour les échanges scientifiques et multidisciplinaires particulièrement enrichissants.
