🌿✨ A LITTLE DAILY GROUNDING — COME BACK TO YOURSELF ✨🌿

Feeling overwhelmed, mentally tired or simply in need of a moment of peace? 🤍 Take a few minutes for yourself and try this simple grounding practice.

Find a comfortable place, relax your shoulders and take a slow, deep breath in… then gently breathe out. 🌬️

Close your eyes if you feel comfortable, bring your attention to your body and feel your feet resting on the ground. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, reaching deep into the earth, helping you feel steady, supported and present. 🌱

With every breath, allow yourself to release a little of the tension, the noise and the worries you've been carrying. Let your thoughts slow down and bring your attention back to YOU.

You don't need to solve everything today. You don't need all the answers right now. Just breathe, feel the ground beneath you and give yourself permission to pause. ✨
