A somatic experience that includes Pranayama, Kundalini Kriyas, and Vinyasa Flow, grounded in spirituality and science.

These teachings are for all levels and intentions, but especially for practitioners that enjoy an experience beyond just physical movement. Each class is curated with a universal theme rooted in yogic philosophy that is beneficial for the well-being of all.

Nous recherchons des étudiants qui sont prêts à se développer et à se "transformer" d'un étudiant à un professeur qui est prêt à enseigner plusieurs styles dans des contextes individuels ou de groupe.

Une fois le cours terminé avec succès, un certificat de formation de 200 heures sera délivré. Transformational Yoga est entièrement accrédité par Yoga Alliance, qui est reconnu comme la norme pour les formations. Vous serez donc en mesure d'enseigner partout dans le monde !

Nos accréditations et enregistrements respectent ou dépassent toutes les normes internationales pour les professeurs de yoga. Plus important encore, nos diplômés sont confiants, compétents et prêts à travailler immédiatement après l'obtention de leur diplôme. Psysoma Yoga

Psyche – noun
the human soul, spirit, or mind.

Soma – noun
The body of a person as contrasted with the mind or psyche.

Yoga – noun
Union of the self with the Supreme Being or ultimate principle.

Psysoma Yoga is a mind-body method using a series of techniques derived from somatic experiencing, vagal toning exercises, and yoga asana to develop and strengthen the connection to the self via first person acceptance (the practitioner) and third person guidance (the instructor).

Somatics

The process of experiencing the body from a first-person perspective – from the interior emotional state to the outward physical manifestation. The process of interior observation by the individual is unique in that it cannot be experienced or described by anyone else. The third-person perspective (the observer that is the instructor) can aid in the process through gentle guidance. The third-person perspective can also include a group setting that allows for mutual exploration through the exchange of emotional energy (synchronized movement, rocking movements, breathwork, chanting, and laughter/social interaction).

Vagus Nerve and Vagal Toning

The Vagus is not just one nerve, but a cluster of nerves that helps relay messages from the brain to the body's organs through receptors via the nervous system. Vagal toning is the process of strengthening this connection through the variety of activities listed above as a way to create deeper connections within the body that will effect the external environment of the practitioner and eventually others that come in contact with the practitioner. Energy is crucial to the human experience and can be shared with those around us!
