Started in 2006.
Nearly 20 years later, I’m still training, still learning, and still showing up.
Over the years, I’ve trained under great coaches, studied fitness extensively, and gained invaluable experience both inside and outside the gym.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of people and helping many transform their lives. Some started their journey at over 130 kg and went on to lose 30–40 kg. Others improved their health, gained confidence, and became stronger than they ever thought possible.
But if there’s one lesson I’ve learned after all these years, it’s this:
Consistency beats motivation.
There have been times when work was demanding, life was busy, and finding time to train felt impossible.
Some nights I found myself in the gym close to midnight because it was the only time available.
Not because I felt motivated.
Because I made a commitment to myself.
Training keeps me physically strong, but more importantly, it keeps me mentally strong.
Fitness isn’t something I do when it’s convenient.
It’s part of who I am.
What’s one thing that helps you stay consistent when life gets busy?
