There’s a lot more behind every Kalon class than what you see at the barre 👀✨

Behind the method, the playlists, the studio, the details and the energy, is a team of women, each bringing their own experience, passion and personality to Kalon. ❤️‍🔥

Meet Sophie, our CEO, and one of the women behind Kalon. Since founding Kalon with Emma in 2017, Sophie has been making it happen day in, day out while balancing the beautiful chaos of being a mum of three. 💥🧘
