Homemade Chicken Lunch Meat Using a Meat Press Cooker❤️👇🏼 Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or charcuterie! Ingredients 1 lb (450g) ground chicken 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick) 1 tsp olive oil (for moisture) Instructions Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper (if desired), and olive oil. Mix thoroughly to ensure the spices are evenly incorporated. Pack into Meat Press Cooker: Transfer the seasoned chicken mixture into a food-safe plastic bag, then place it in the meat press cooker. Pack the mixture tightly and press it down to form an even, compact shape. Cook in Water Bath: Place the meat press cooker into a pot of simmering water. Ensure the water level covers at least half of the press. Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for 1 to 1.5 hours, until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cool and Slice: Carefully remove the meat press cooker from the pot and allow it to cool. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best slicing). Serve: Remove the chicken meat from the press, slice thinly, and enjoy in sandwiches, salads, or on a charcuterie board! Pro Tip: Chill completely before slicing for deli-style cuts. This homemade chicken lunch meat is flavorful and perfect for quick meals! 🌟🌟LINK IN BIO TO APPLY for 1:1 support TODAY!🌟🌟
