🌿 A Little July Update 🌿

As many of you know, the summer holidays are fast approaching, which means I’ll be juggling treatment room life with Mam life and navigating the wonderful challenge of childcare! 💕

Because of this, my working hours during July will be slightly reduced. Please know that your wellbeing, self-care, and treatments remain incredibly important to me, and I will do everything I can to accommodate everyone as fairly as possible.

To help, I’ve opened up additional evening appointments, and I hope to add more availability throughout the month as childcare arrangements are confirmed. If you’re hoping to book in, I kindly ask for a little patience and understanding while I work around the school holidays.

I am so grateful for your continued support, flexibility, and kindness. As a small business owner and Mam, it truly means the world to me. Thank you for allowing me to do a job I love while still being there for my daughter during the summer break.

After a day of treatments, messages, laundry, cleaning, and generally being human, I think I’ve earned my evening bath! 😂

My bath routine has become less of a bath and more of a science experiment…

By the time I’ve finished adding everything, I’m basically marinating myself in a giant wellness cocktail and hoping I emerge as a brand-new human. 🤣

A little visit to Sacred Spirit today in their beautiful new space ✨

I picked up some gorgeous incense sticks ready to cleanse and refresh Healing Haven, and I just had to share how lovely it was to see this wonderful local shop open again.

The new space has such a beautiful atmosphere – calm, welcoming, and full of positive vibes. It’s clear a lot of love and care has gone into creating something really special for Aberdare.

If you haven’t popped in yet, it’s definitely worth a visit. Supporting local businesses is so important, and it’s fantastic to see such a lovely addition to our town centre once again. 💛

I will be taking a little step back from social media until Monday and doing something rather unusual…

✨ Swapping the scrubs for normal clothes ✨

Yes, it does happen occasionally 😂 although if you happen to see me out and about, there’s a strong chance you may not recognise me without the trusty therapist uniform on 🤣

No scrubs, no oils, no treatment room… just me attempting to look like a normal human for a change 😅

Messages and queries will be picked up a little later 💛
