I’m not just a consultant, I’m a member too. Looking at photos of myself used to be a no-no, but i am so proud of the changes I’ve made not only in my appearance but in my whole lifestyle too.

Aside from woman of the year, I also got to present this lovely member with her 2 stone award last night. Janet is a regular visitor to my group and it’s a pleasure to be able to give her the award. Well done Janet 🙌

Another fab night in Aberdare group last night with Andrea being awarded our Women of the Year 2026 🎉🌟

Our amazing Women of the Year winners were decided in my Mountain ash group this morning.

Huge congratulations to all the amazing women who were nominated - each and every one is deserved ❤️
