This client attended following a total knee replacement, as she felt she still didn’t have full movement in her knee.

Treatment focused on improving function, mobility, and range of movement around the scar and surrounding tissues. Following just one session, she noticed an improvement and has since booked further treatment.

This client came to me following an ACL repair, noticing an imbalance in his knee when playing sport.

On assessment, there was clear tightness and pulling around the scar, which can affect how the knee moves and performs. Treatment focused on the knee and surrounding areas to help restore balance and function.

From May 2026, Reform Physio & Pilates will be operating exclusively from their flagship West End studio and clinic on Albyn Terrace and I’ll be moving with them (very excited!)

All appointments that were previously booked for Reform in Cults from 1st May onwards will now take place at the West End clinic due to the closure of the Cults location.
