Society loves to measure success by how “busy” you are.

I’ve learned the hard way that being busy & back-to-back from sunrise to sunset isn’t a badge of honor—it’s a direct recipe for burnout. I live with the consequences of that pace daily, and it’s why I’ve changed my approach.

For me, success is building slowly and learning as I grow. It means having the time to eat and rest between clients so that I can show up as my best self for you. It means setting boundaries and honoring my health while living with chronic illness and hidden disabilities.

My definition of success is a sustainable practice that serves both you and me.

A little update from me ✨

I’m reaching out after a quiet month away from my socials. As many of you know, I’ve been open about my journey with chronic illness, and this past month was a time for me to step back, prioritize my health, and navigate a few tough flares.

Battling chronic health struggles isn’t always linear, but I’m grateful for the grace you’ve all shown me. I am still here, still open, and still working—though my schedule is currently a bit more flexible as I balance my health while trying to stay committed to accommodating everyone, but I’m also learning the importance of pacing myself to avoid burnout. I’ll be posting a full update soon regarding my availability for the rest of the year as I move into university studies come September.

In the meantime, I’m excited to share something new! 💥

I have introduced a high-quality Nebula Infrared Sauna Blanket to my wellness practice. It’s a wonderful tool for recovery that I have been trialing myself it helps by soothing inflammation, reducing muscle tension, reducing DOMS, improve circulation, release endorphins, reduce water retention and acts as passive cardio.

⚠️ A Note on Safety: Because I take your wellness seriously, there are some specific protocols for using the blanket. 3 Years of Dimples🥂✨

Yesterday marked 3 years since I started this little home business, and what a journey it’s been!

I’ll be honest with you all—life has been a bit "manic" lately. Between housing hiccups, boiler dramas, and my own health flares, I haven't had the chance to pull together the usual stats on the most popular treatments I’ve done or new faces I’ve met.

But even when things are quiet on social media, there is so much happening behind the scenes. I’m currently working on some exciting plans to make Dimples even better for you. 🤭

I don’t have a firm timeframe yet because I’m practicing what I preach: pacing myself and listening to my body. I want to ensure everything runs smoothly before the reveal!

Hey all❗️

Regarding the Mother’s Day raffle I posted! I haven’t forgotten about it unfortunately yesterday my mums Mother’s Day didn’t go according to plan! unfortunately her boiler went and her whole house was flooded really badly causing wall damage, electrical damage & floor damage and more on both floors which we are still dealing with today!
