Ioana has been a client of mine for the last 10 weeks so far and just ran the Holyrood Half-marathon on the 12th July finishing with a time of 2:15:37! What an achievement! 🏃‍♀️💪🏻

No matter what obstacles came up she was getting her runs during the week running from work back home and then long runs on the weekend, took on the feedback on how she could increase her calories with heavy training weeks and push for new PB’s in her training sessions each week! What a star!⭐

Megan came to me struggling with consistency in her nutrition and getting herself into the gym to begin with! The aim was to lose 1st (surpassed itttt! 💪🏻), consistency in training sessions each week and a 40kg deadlift (which she quickly realised she was capable of much more when we smashed that in the first week 😎)!!

As she’s currently away enjoying her holiday after 10 weeks of getting 👏🏻 it 👏🏻 doneeee 👏🏻 in all aspects of her fitness and implemented every piece of feedback she received - I’m not surprised by her results because this girl WORKED 🔥 and next week we’re back to business as there’s plenty more progress to be made!

Morgan’s made incredible progress in her journey so far and since she’s jumped on board through my coaching she’s dropped a further almost 4kg sustainably. Before she jumped on the team she struggled to stick to a plan long-term, had no idea how to be intentional in her nutrition and just wanted to be lifting weights in the gym confidently. However, the overall aim was to lose-weight and start to tone-up.

With a busy family life, dog and being self-employed it’s not been easy to keep up with her tasks, daily to-dos and sessions but Morgan is a prime example of if you put in the hard work and patience then you will see the results.

With the knowledge and education, tailored programming and guidance along the way she’s been able to make continued progress in her physique and fitness journey.

19 WEEKS MINI-CUT💪🏻

Starting at 69kg and hitting Morgan’s lowest recorded stat of 66.3kg!

Morgan first started with me hoping to ‘slim down & tone-up’. She was lacking confidence going to the gym and had a lack of nutrition knowledge or how to track/ fuel her body towards her goals! The main focus was structure, feeling good in her body and finding enjoyment in the gym while getting stronger!

She’s consistently stuck to routine and progressed in some way, shape or form each week with no absence of obstacles along the way! Every piece of advice/feedback has been implemented and we’ve worked a lot on her mindset thus far and so, made incredible progress in all areas up until now!

Moving into the new year the plan is to GROW, work on continued changes in body re-composition - this is only the start!👏🏻

Practise is important, but training like an athlete and not just a dancer is EQUALLY as important!

My results skyrocketed with this simple, yet crucial step! I now help other dancers understand, learn and build on this to not just improve their performance but to prevent injury where possible for a longer dance career!
