Kaimhill Re-opening.

After many months of closure and extensive works, I am very pleased to announce that Kaimhill Funeral Home is now open.

The next Bereavement Support Group will be on Wednesday 1st July from 10am until 12 noon, to which are very welocme to attend.

BEREAVEMENT GROUP.

Due to the ongoing closure of Kaimhill, the Bereavement Group will next meet on Wednesday 6th May 2026 at Wm Gilchrist, Funeral Home, 44-46 Rose Street, Aberdeen from 10.00 am til 12 noon,to which all are very welcome to attend.

SHERRIFFS

Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday December 16, 2025, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, James (Jim) Aged 83 Years. Loving Husband to the late Anne, dearly loved Dad to Mary, beloved granda to Tina, Angi, Louise, Geraldine, Amie, Gordon and Gary, Great-Granda to Paisleigh, Jordon, Jade, Shannon, Lauren, Lucy, Eve, Christopher, and Jack, Great-Great Granda to Tyler, Charlie, Molly-Anne and Avery-Mae, also a dear Brother to Elsie, Uncle to Elaine and Pauline, Great Uncle to Gary and Great Friend to many. Funeral service to be held at Portlethen parish church on Tuesday January 13, 2026, at 11am thereafter committal at Portlethen cemetery to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations can be given if so desired in aid of The British Heart Foundation at the church door. Jim will be very sadly missed by all who knew him.

If you require access to the building this will not be available until the building has been reopened, this should be in February 2026.

The Book of Remembrance is at Aberdeen Crematorium Hazlehead if you wish to view this.
