June is Shiatsu Awareness Month! 🎊

Every year, Shiatsu communities from all around the world gather to celebrate this wonderful practice.

Our focus for SAM 2026 is to inspire people to Get in Touch with Shiatsu and support our members in bringing more Shiatsu into the world!

Here’s what’s on this month!

⭐️ SAM Bursary - we gave away £3000 to help our members reach more clients. More than 100 people have experienced their first Shiatsu treatment through the bursary. We’ll share with you what they had to say about their experience.

⭐️ Practitioner Spotlight - we are proud of our registered Shiatsu practitioners and will showcase their updated Practitioner Profiles.

⭐️ Filming project - our team is producing a second promotional video showcasing Shiatsu treatments and interviewing different practitioners and enthusiasts. The project is led by Co-Chair John Brooks, and filming will take place at the Shiatsu College Manchester on 14th June.
