🌹 Upon arrival receive a Rose Tea and Cacoa Chocolates
🌹 We will start with some breathwork with hands on touch whilst you sit comfortable on a floor cushionon to stretch out the neck and to open the heart space, I will be doing some gentle hair lifting and pulling to stretch the neck and release tension whilst we breath deeply, letting go of all that stress and tension
🌹 We will then move over to the treatment bed and you will receive a scalp massage with your face down through the hole in the bed, you will receive gentle touch and scratch to the top of your back, neck and scalp, I will use sensory tools on the back, neck and scalp and apply a gentle massage as well as pressure to aid with tension and stress release
