Reflecting on what has been an incredible period for the GSR Group.

Across our two Care Inspectorate registered services, we have achieved strong inspection outcomes that reflect the hard work, professionalism and dedication of our teams every single day.

⭐ GSR Nursing Ltd achieved Grade 5 (Very Good) evaluations across all assessed areas.

⭐ GSR Care at Home & Support Services achieved Grade 4 (Good) evaluations across all assessed areas in its inspection.

Whilst operating under the GSR name, these are two independently registered services, each with their own inspection process, standards and outcomes. We are immensely proud of the results achieved across both.

A special thank you to our Clinical Director, Leanne Bowie, whose leadership, commitment to quality and passion for delivering outstanding care continue to inspire excellence throughout the organisation.

Most importantly, thank you to every member of our team. These results are a reflection of your compassion, professionalism and commitment to the people we support.

🎉 We are delighted to share some fantastic news! 🎉

GSR Care at Home has received Grade 4 – Good in our recent Care Inspectorate Type 1 Inspection. Below is the 4 key questions that were reviewed.

The Care Inspectorate uses a six-point grading scale to evaluate care services across Scotland:

⭐ 6 – Excellent
⭐ 5 – Very Good
⭐ 4 – Good
⭐ 3 – Adequate
⭐ 2 – Weak
⭐ 1 – Unsatisfactory

Achieving a Grade 4 (Good) means that our service demonstrates important strengths that have a positive impact on the people we support, with quality care being delivered consistently and effectively. It reflects the dedication, compassion, and professionalism shown by our team every day.

This achievement would not have been possible without the hard work and commitment of our incredible care team, who continually go above and beyond to support people in living independently and with dignity in their own homes.

We would also like to thank the people we support and their families for their trust, feedback, and partnership. Your confidence in our service inspires us to keep improving and striving for excellence.

As we celebrate this success, we remain committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and continuing our journey of improvement.

Yesterday we completed our unannounced Care Inspectorate inspection for our Care at Home service.

During the inspection, the Care Inspectorate focused on the following key areas:

• People's health and wellbeing benefiting from their care and support.
• Quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Staffing arrangements and teamwork.
• Assessment and personal planning that reflects people's wishes and outcomes.

We are incredibly proud of our dedicated team, who work tirelessly every day to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support. The inspection provided an opportunity to showcase the commitment, compassion, and professionalism that our staff bring to the people we support.

A huge thank you to our team, the people who use our service, and their families for their ongoing support and valuable feedback throughout the process.

We are looking forward to receiving our results tomorrow and will share an update as soon as we can........
